Draft service notices · updated September 30, 2026

What the service processes

FastInsure.net stores account contact details, insurance policy and renewal records, uploaded documents, and product-specific information you provide. Depending on the product, this may include insured persons, property locations, vehicle identifiers, cargo, vessels, projects, beneficiaries or bond obligations. Supply only information needed for policy management.

Private documents and review

Document text is read in your browser with open-source OCR. No paid OCR or external AI provider is used. Uploaded files and extracted fields are stored on the hosting service and restricted to their owning account. Extracted information remains unverified until you review and confirm it. You may enter details manually instead.

Policy records and renewal follow-ups

Saving a record or reminder does not issue insurance, confirm active coverage or renew a policy. Verify coverage dates and terms with the insurer. Bonds, one-off covers and extensions may require review or a new application. The workspace provides in-app follow-ups; it does not send renewal email or SMS, collect premiums, or bind coverage.

Existing motor features

Legacy motor records, quote requests, maintenance, expenses and optional calendar settings remain in Motor tools. A submitted quote request authorizes the quotation team to use the contact and vehicle details supplied for that request. New general-policy records are not automatically sent to that team or to Google Calendar. Marketing consent is not included.

Your controls

You can review and correct policy fields, archive or mark a managed policy cancelled, and resume pending scans. Archiving preserves the policy history; it does not delete stored documents. Existing document-deletion tools remain in Motor tools. Imported source rows retain their original data and cancellation history.

Document consent

When you authorize an upload, you permit processing and private storage for policy and renewal management. Confirm that you are authorized to upload any other person's or organization's records.

Operator review required

These are draft notices, not a completed production privacy policy. The operator must supply its legal identity, privacy contact, retention schedule, deletion-request process and complete provider disclosures before a broad customer launch.
